Submission Information:
Average response time for all submissions is 1-3 months. Feel
free to email inquiries if you have not heard from us within
this time. All accepted submissions will be posted online in
monthly issues, and also considered for inclusion in the
premiere compilation print issue of Centaur Magazine, to be
released in
2010. We request that all submissions be previously unpublished,
or currently available for re-publishing with exclusive rights
if chosen for our printed compilation issue.
Fiction
Submissions accepted under 5,000 words.
Poetry
Limit 3 poems per submission.
Non-Fiction
Includes equine themed book and movie reviews, personal essays,
and any other pieces of creative non-fiction related to the
world of horses.
Artwork and Photography
Include up to three original photographs or pieces of artwork.
Inspiration for submitted artwork and photography should
come
from the world of horses, but may be interpretational.
Please indicate the title of each piece (if applicable) in the
file name of the submission.

Centaur accepts simultaneous submissions, but we ask that you
please notify us at any time during the decision process if the
piece is no longer available for publication.
There is no limit to the number of submissions that Centaur will
consider by a single author. We just ask that you only submit
previously unpublished material appropriate to the theme of Centaur Online Literary
Journal.
